Air strikes kill Syrian civilians
Meanwhile, mortars fired by the rebels into government-held parts of Damascus killed three people and wounded 30 others, state media reported.

Government forces have imposed a devastating siege on the Eastern Ghouta region, which is largely held by rebels opposed to Syrian President Bashar Assad.
SANA said a child was killed and three people were wounded, and said the shells caused material damage to automobiles and buildings.
Some of the deaths were reported after identified aircraft bombarded the town of Douma, just outside the capital, according to the anti-government Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
The bombardment of a besieged Syrian insurgent stronghold killed 31 civilians close to Damascus in Syria on Sunday.
“The Syrian army has taken full control of the town of Marj Al Sultan and its airport in Eastern Ghouta”, a rebel bastion east of the capital, the military source said.
