The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), however, said that they did not conduct raids at Kejriwal’s office. The CBI denies raiding or sealing the Chief Minister’s office and claims that it was searching the office and home of a senior bureaucrat in the Chief Minister’s team, Rajender Kumar, accused of corruption in computer purchases. “When Modi cudn’t handle me politically, he resorts to this cowardice”, he tweeted. TV reports said the officers and staff of the Secretariat have been barred from entering Kejriwal’s office.

Now, the alleged raids at the Delhi CM’s office, has created more disturbance between the duo parties- AAP and BJP.

He also went as far as to call the Prime Minister a ‘coward and a psychopath’.

There were allegations that Kejriwal’s Principal Secretary was linked to the scam but the senior IAS officer as well as AAP government have been rejecting the charges. “After taking warrants, searches are being conducted in the office and residence of Rajender Kumar”. CBI clarified that CM’s office was not raided and the target was Rajendra Kumar, who was earlier questioned by the Delhi ACB too. Kejriwal contested that claim with another tweet and said the investigating agency was lying.

“A Chief Minister’s office has been raided, the files Chief Minister’s office are being looked into”.

Kejriwal says Modi has been attempting to sabotage his government to stem his popularity and destroy his chances of breaking the dominance of India’s two national parties. “Was the Chief Minister informed about the CBI raid at his office before conducting raids”. How can you criticize the central government and the prime minister? Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu said: “CBI doing its work and not fair to blame government. Rajender is an excuse”.
