Taylor Swift celebrates at Christmas party
As the pop star celebrated on Sunday (13Dec15), Apple Music bosses announced plans to release footage from her 28 November (15) 1989 world tour concert in New Zealand.

Fans can tune into Beats 1 radio on Apple Music to hear more about the tour at 9 AM Pacific, 12 PM Eastern on the Apple Music exclusive radio station.
“Thank you so much for all the birthday wishes”.
Following some early controversy between Swift and Apple Music, which quickly got resolved, it seems the 1989 singer has had a complete change of heart when it comes to having her stuff streaming online.
Taylor Swift performs during her 1989 in Sydney. Swift looked adorable in the picture with her blond hair all wavy around her face, as she wore a pink and blue dress which had Disney’s “Little Mermaid” printed on the front. Only Tidal paying subscribers can stream Prince’s “HITNRUN PHASE ONE & TWO”, though anyone can purchase an album download of it there.
“Apple Music will pay artist [sic] for streaming, even during customer’s free trial period”, he added. Apple Music has no ad-supported free tier, like those on Spotify and YouTube.
There was a time when you couldn’t turn around without seeing photos Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris all loved-up together. She said: “I’m not willing to contribute my life’s work to an experiment that I don’t feel fairly compensates the writers, producers, artists and creators of this music”.
There has also been friction between Swift and Apple Music’s terms on its launch last June.
And by streaming it, it’ll basically be like having your very own 1989 tour concert in your living room / bedroom / on the tube / in the office. Swift’s preview for the concert film will be aired on television this winter, and Taylor Swift-branded Apple gift cards will be available in the U.S.
According to Recode, Swift collected a (presumably sizeable) paycheck as part of deal.

Fair compensation is, after all, something Swift appreciates.
