Siggins, who is best known for her portrayal of Legless Suzi on AHS, contracted a fatal infection after undergoing kidney-stone surgery last Monday. Rose Siggins’ Legless Suzi was one of those freaks- and one who had a dark past.

The FX network paid tribute to Siggins calling her “a kind person, a loving mother and a very talented actor”.

The 2-foot, 6-inch Siggins wrote that she went on to get married and have two children: a son, Luke, and a daughter, Shelby Cecilia. “I will never forget your laugh or your attractive eyes”. We also send our condolences to her friends and family… godspeed.

The indomitable Siggins was born with sacral agenesis, a condition similar to spina bifida. Funds from the website will help pay for Siggins’ funeral expenses, as well as helping her two children cover the various costs associated with their lives going forward.

Her inspirational tale appeared in magazines, newspapers and on television programs starting from the time she was a child.

Her representative James Mullen took to Siggins’ GoFundMe page to announce the saddening news.

“She was beloved by everyone in the AHS family”. This is the second demise of an actor from the show this year.

A story in Redbook magazine reported that Siggins attempted walking with prosthetic limbs but found them too painful.
