Hernandez Explains Reason For Man Utd Exit

The Canaries head to a Manchester United side that has lost its lustre under Louis van Gaal.

Hernandez has enjoyed an excellent start to life at the Bayer Arena, with 17 goals in 20 appearances so far this season, while United have been struggling in front of goal.

A pitiful 2-1 loss to newly-promoted Bournemouth followed United’s Champions League exit, with fans across the globe now frustrated at their club’s insipid, first-gear style of play.

Hernandez had joined United in 2010 from Guadalajara.

Manchester United are increasingly concerned about disenchantment with Louis van Gaal’s managerial approach among the players and will discuss the situation just before the January transfer window, sources have told ESPN FC.

Manchester United are willing to shell out £99m to land Premier League trio Romelu Lukaku, John Stones and Ryan Bertrand this winter.

“I have been confident since the first day and I feel important here, not only for the goals but in all the games that I watch, I see myself in the line-up”. The catalog of injuries he suffered during his Arsenal days have seemingly caught up with the 32-year-old enough to bring him within sight of a comparatively early end to his career, and it should be little surprise.

United crept into the top four last season after a very average campaign and now, having spent over a quarter of a billion pounds, the Red Devils squad looks arguably weaker than the group Van Gaal took over. “I had an incredible start, full of opportunities, although those opportunities dwindled over time and things took a turn for the worse”, Hernandez added.

“I’m so grateful to Ferguson”, he said. “I feel he is the flawless there’s ever been, particularly his squad administration expertise”.

Delaney also explains how he has heard from several sources that there were words in the dressing room after some of United’s previous games and that some players have even gone to club officials to complain about their manager.
