After Congress members staged a walkout, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Rajiv Pratap Rudy disapproved of their action to first disrupt the Question Hour by storming the Well and seeking to have their say in the Zero Hour. “No President or Governor gave directions as to who will sit on Chair, what item will be taken up, who will be removed”, Azad said.

Speaker’s words did not evoke any response as the protesting Members continued with the slogans. However, Chairman Hamid Ansari persisted on taking up Question Hour and three listed questions were taken up in Rajya Sabha amid pandemonium.
