Ted Cruz (R-Texas) referenced classified information during Tuesday night’s Republican debate on CNN.

“I’m having my staff look at the transcripts of the debate right now”, Burr told reporters, according to The Hill.
Chairman Richard Burr of North Carolina stated that any time particular numbers are mentioned a query emerges as as to if it is categorised or open supply. Cruz said that “nearly 100 percent” of phone numbers can be checked for terror ties under the new program, compared with “20 percent to 30 percent” under earlier Patriot Act provisions.
During the debate, Rubio did not claim that Cruz had disclosed sensitive or classified information but said he wanted to be careful himself not to discuss classified material.
Baier interjected to say in private, Cruz questioned Trump’s judgment, which he did not do at the debate.
The chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee stated Wednesday he has requested his employees to look into whether or not Texas Sen. “Let me just be very clear: There is nothing we are allowed to do under (the new law) that we could not do before.
Burr let Rubio leak classified info, but now wants to go after Cruz for rebutting”.
“Just rule it out”, Rubio said.
Baier grilled the senator for saying one thing, and doing another in a vote on immigration reform, playing Cruz’s comments and pushing back when Cruz attempted to explain.
Numerous replies to Watkins’ post took a sexist tone, with some people calling her derogatory names and others asserting the information Cruz had shared wasn’t classified, pointing out that it had been previously published.

A Cruz campaign spokeswoman did not immediately respond to an email seeking comment on the matter.
