Fans Flock To Local Theaters For ‘The Force Awakens’
For Terry and his son, the event was a family affair, the first time both were able to attend a showing of a new Star Wars movie in theatres. “And being in this (Star Wars: The Force Awakens) is not going to convince them otherwise”.

Meanwhile, two die-hard “Star Wars” fans will tie the knot in a gala ceremony at the Chinese Theatre forecourt, where they have been camping out with dozens of other fans to be among the first to see the new film.
Carmike Wynnsong on Cason Lane showed only three movies Thursday night, including seven screens of “Star Wars” in 3D and 14 of the movie in regular 2D format.
“I understand why. It’s not that big of a deal”, said Ernie Kaecker. Fandango is already reporting that it has sold more tickets to “The Force Awakens” than any other movie. Josh has been a Star Wars fan for years, but his wife of six months…not so much, but she agreed to join him in dressing up for the premiere.
“I’ve seen all of those movies since they came out, so I thought it wouldn’t be the brightest idea to power through all of that and actually try to enjoy Episode 7”, he said. “I’ve been waiting for over a year now so it’s been a long time coming”, Jeremy Davis said. “I have this theory that I’ve cooked up in my brain that Luke is the new villain”, said Callum Glover, 12.
“See if the dark side can win it, I doubt it, but we’ll do our best”, Johnathan Vizcuna said. “I remember reading the theory that Finn is Mace Windu’s grandson”, Boyega says, referring to Samuel L. Jackson’s character in the Star Wars prequel trilogy. Moviegoers said the film had them on the edge of their seats.

“It’s been a privilege to work on something that you’ve been a fan of for so long”. “When people are having a discussion we go ‘guys let’s just chill on reviewing any details or talking about the end of the movie because we want to make sure everybody gets a chance to see it'”.
