“The calligraphy assignment at Riverheads High appears to have been taken from a locally selected or developed resource”, she said.

Meanwhile, hundreds of parents in Augusta Country have gathered at a public forum on Tuesday to express their anger over LaPorte’s lesson.

“As a community, it is up to us to defend a teacher who is not in the wrong and deserves our support as she supported a great number of us through our high school years”, posted former student Grace Zimmerman.
