Chelsea sack manager Mourinho
“I want to get some good insight before I make my decision”, said Hiddink.

“I want to gather as much information as possible”.
“Whether I go to see the match depends on my first conversation”.
“My initial meeting will also determine whether I stay in London for longer to discuss the issue”.
The 52-year-old led Chelsea to a first title since 2010 last season but he leaves with the club languishing in 16th place and just one point above the relegation zone.
“I’m surprised (by the sacking)”, the Croat said.
But his second spell in charge of Chelsea ended prematurely Thursday, only seven months after he won his third Premier League title with the London club.
Former Chelsea midfielder and assistant manager Ray Wilkins feels the struggling squad must take their share of responsibility for the manager’s spectacular fall from grace.
Terry was full of praise for Mourinho on social networking site Instagram on Friday, posting a photograph of the two together with the message: “Thank You doesn’t seem enough”. Chelsea are engaged in an ongoing legal battle with Dr Eva Carneiro after she was publicly criticised and then demoted following Mourinho’s opening-day outburst. “I hope he is not lost because we’ll miss him a lot”, the Croat added.
“I manage the team in a very different way to the way he does but that doesn’t mean he’s not a good manager or important for the league”.
He took over at Stamford Bridge in February 2009, replacing Luiz Felipe Scolari, and shared the role with his job as Russian Federation manager.
Football Federation Australia posted a statement on its website congratulating their ex-boss Hiddink on his new challenge.
Michael Emenalo, who has been at Chelsea since 2007, said that the club’s disastrous form had left owner Roman Abramovich with no choice but to sack Jose Mourinho for a second time.
“I always says when anyone loses their job it is a sad occasion, and especially for the Premier League because he has to be regarded as one of the greatest managers of his generation”.
“The facts of the matter remain that Chelsea Football Club is in trouble”, he told Chelsea TV.
Mourinho is reported to have been informed of his fate in a meeting with club officials on Thursday afternoon, following two days of talks at boardroom level.

The ex-Chelsea boss left Stamford Bridge just 24 hours ago but according to ESPN FC, Mourinho’s representatives have already been in contact with the Manchester club.
