DDCA files seized, says CM; don’t lie, tells CBI
“Kejriwal’s statement that the reason behind CBI raids on his Principal Secretary was to take over files pertaining to alleged corruption in the Jaitely-led Delhi District Cricket Association is not less than a joke”, he said.

Jaitley had dismissed the allegations against him as “rubbish”.
“The CBI categorically denies having seized any material during searches that are not relevant to its investigation”.
On Tuesday, the CBI had questioned Kumar, an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1989 batch, on Tuesday night after raiding his Delhi Secretariat office, which is on the same floor as Kejriwal’s. “Can any Chief Minister make such a loose comment?”
Kejriwal also claimed that Jaitley had “misled” Parliament by saying that the CBI did not raid the Chief Minister’s office. “The search-cum-seizure memo containing details of all seized items will be produced before the competent court”, agency spokesperson Devpreet Singh said.
AAP leader Sanjay Singh said that although the party has now raised questions based on evidence, no answer has been given to them.
“CBI raids my office”, Kejriwal tweeted.
The AAP allegations – an elaboration of what it spoke about a day earlier – came two days after the CBI raided the office of the principal secretary to Kejriwal on charges of corruption.
Addressing a press conference, Sisodia wondered why the CBI had allegedly seized “file movement register of November- December” and “three files of transport department”.
Demands of adopting aggressive stand against Arun Jaitley were today made at a meeting of the strategy committee of the Congress here, in the wake of AAP’s allegation of financial irregularities against the Union Finance Minister.
The agency on Tuesday carried out searches at his office, which is in the same premises as that of Kejriwal, triggering a political storm with Aam Aadmi Party accusing the Centre of misusing CBI.

He also maintained that the AAP very much stood for the CBI’s independence and there was no change in the party’s stand.
