Michael Moore who has started a campaign against Trump, says “Trump’s anti-Muslim statements were made in depression and insanity”. Leon Wolf at RedState was apoplectic that “people who realize that Trump represents an existential threat to the credibility and future existence of the conservative movement as a political force have been forced to grind our teeth as Cruz … held fire on this charlatan for months”.

O’Malley argued that Trump’s rhetoric toward Muslims is helping terrorist groups like the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) expand its ranks.

The think-tank, Tawazun India, also signed a petition addressed to US Ambassador to India Richard Varma, opposing the Republican candidate’s entry to India. But he said: “People like what I say”.

Moore also took to his Facebook page to issue a scathing tirade against Trump, who’s maintained a stubborn lead in the Republican polls for president, despite the resistance of mainstream media, noted Democrats and even Republican establishment politicos.

NBC News’ foreign correspondent Richard Engel warned on Twitter and on air that Trump’s anti-Muslim statements could have troublesome effect on USA relations overseas.

In his letter, he narrated an incident when he met Trump many years ago during a talk show where the now President candidate was all “jittery” and “nervous” about sharing the stage with Moore. We will not allow people to divide us up, because you’re Jewish or you’re Muslim or Christian or Catholic. I would say I have far better judgment than Ted.

A recent Reuters/Ipsos poll that showed 51 percent of Americans consider Muslims living in the United States the same way they consider other groups of people, and only 14.6 percent of those surveyed said they were generally fearful. “He thinks low wages are a good idea”.

Trump wants to ban Muslims entering the US. “We are not talking about isolation”. According to Moore, Trump was initially fearful about going on the program with him because the businessman felt the liberal might “pick on” him for something “ridiculous”.

The court loss prompted Alex Salmond, a British lawmaker and a former First Minister of Scotland, to call Trump, in an interview with CNN, “once, twice, three times a loser”.
