Seattle contestant hoping to win ‘Second Chance’ on ‘Survivor’
Did the Survivor Second Chance’s theme-“Expect the unexpected”-live to its billing?” It began when most reality formats were a mere gleam in a creatively bankrupt executive’s eye, and has survived the reality boom, the predictions of the end of the reality boom, and the unexpected continuation of the reality boom. I gave her hug last night [at the reunion] and said Kimmi, I love you! In the end, Nale was convinced to vote out Kappenberg to make the final five. I would run the risk of them telling Jeremy that I wanted to vote him out.

Spencer Bledsoe: Probably. (Laughs) I’d like to say I’m smarter but I think I would’ve fallen for it. I mean, I don’t know, that idol looked different! Spencer, Kelley and even Tasha had to fight to get to the final four of Survivor: Cambodia. Without the comfort of alliances, players were forced to assume or hope that they picked a viable bloc, but when they didn’t, they were inevitably blindsided, because nearly nobody entered Tribal Council thinking they were stuck in a minority until the end of the game. He was voted out with the fake immunity idol Kelley made for him in his pocket and his “Ponderosa” webisode reveals that he brought the decoy to jury retreat with him. No contestants from previous seasons, but there will be a former contestant from Big Brother, and also a former National Basketball Association player- Scot Pollard. I knew that three votes were going one way.
How did you feel about what Keith was saying at the last tribal council, with him discussing maybe going “to the house” and letting you stay? I wasn’t mad at Kimmi, I was disappointed in her. After that, I was like, I’m done. Keith’s near-willingness to leave the game for Kimmi sealed the deal on his loss; even if he had made it to the final three, his clear lack of commitment to winning would have alienated the jury voters. I know people accused you of coming across arrogant and that could be because you sort of suggested you could manipulate the jury into all voting for Wentworth to win because you deemed her most deserving. Jeff Probst and the contestants tried to play up an Old School vs New School conflict between strategies employed by players from early in the show’s run and players from recent years, but the season ended with a Top 5 of all New School players.
Spencer’s played a good game so far. And I should’ve left it at that.

“I would not have wanted to go out like that”, he tells the cameras. It creeps into the third hour when I read the votes. “I am proud and impressed by the level of fierce dedication to playing to win”. If they can’t do that, Kimmi and Tasha are safe and Keith would go home by default. It was a genius plan to create chaos amongst the group, which caused Jeremy to go paranoid, and Jeremy slightly threw Spencer under the bus! I think he played the best game, so I’m okay with it.
