Martin Shkreli’s Twitter profile apparently hacked, posting vulgar messages

Turing also issued a statement that business would continue as usual and that no patient would be denied access to Daraprim, the drug whose price hike made Shkreli a pariah to both patients and other pharmaceutical companies.

Colts’ Andrew Luck: Colts hope can return against Houston
It was Bortles’ 10th touchdown pass in three weeks, the most ever by a Jaguars quarterback ever during a three-game stretch. When you win, everything’s all right. “I feel like we can do this every week if we want to”. “We do too much stupid stuff”.

Now with heightened focus on Shkreli because of criminal securities fraud charges and questions about his finances, one of those charities said it is returning the money.

Tennessee Titans at New York Jets
Jets S Calvin Pryor came over to try and shadow Mariota, but he slipped and Mariota raced into the end zone untouched. Smith was a gunner on the Jets’ first punt of the day when he was leveled by Titans defensive back Marqueston Huff.

Infamous Turing Pharmaceuticals AG CEO Martin Shkreli resigned from his post on Friday, a day after being indicted on securities fraud charges, and will be replaced for the time being by company Chairman Ron Tilles.

Turing, with offices in NY and Switzerland, bought USA rights to sell Daraprim in August, when it had no competition.

The allegations concern Shkreli’s activities from 2009-2014 at another company and two hedge funds, prior to his career at Turing. The charges instead involve his actions at another pharmaceutical company, Retrophin, which he ran as CEO up until a year ago. Earlier this year, he similarly turned to Twitter to say his piece after he was dubbed “the most hated man in America” when he announced raising the price of an HIV-related drug by 5,000 percent. Since then, shares have been on an upswing (shares touched a 52-weeek high of $45.82 on Nov 23) until yesterday when the company’s shares plunged 53.2% in pre-market trading with Shkreli being arrested. Bernie Sanders returned a donation from Shkreli.

Shkreli tweeted Saturday: “I am confident I will prevail”.

Shkreli could not be reached immediately for comment on his resignation. The Shkreli Foundation website says it is “dedicated to helping people facing a variety of adversities”. A spokesman for Turing said Tilles would not be granting interviews.
