Draymond Green, O.J. Mayo get heated after Warriors defeat Bucks
Inasmuch as the Bucks led for most of this game’s 48 pulsating minutes, this victory was the result of more resilience and determination as the Warriors have shown in any game this season.

Green had 21 points, nine rebounds and eight assists, willing the Warriors to a win that improved their record to 26-1.
Draymond Green backed up his pregame talk about the Bucks and their celebratory antics with 21 points, nine rebounds and eight assists, leading the Warriors on the comeback trail.
Six nights after handing the Warriors their first loss of the season and ending a 28-game, regular-season winning streak dating to last season, the Bucks almost dealt Golden State its first home loss since January 27 against Chicago.
The Warriors struggled, shooting just 26.7 percent from beyond-the-arc.
The Warriors survived despite allowing 70 points in the first half, the most any team has scored in any half against them this season — and the most Milwaukee has score in any half this season.
Down 100-89 with 8:54 left, the Warriors reentered their starters, who went on a 15-2 run to take a 104-102 lead with 4:45 left. But Milwaukee responded and settled things down out of a timeout as Michael Carter-Williams made a couple of baskets to earn the Bucks an eight point advantage heading into the fourth. I think the confidence level is there, and when he gets energized or chirpy, we, as a team and a staff, we have his back.
“They hit shots and the tide turned”, Bucks coach Jason Kidd said. Milwaukee would tie the game several times down the stretch, but Golden State always seemed to come up with an answer. “I’m not satisfied ’cause I thought we should have been better”, Green stated. On Thursday Green had called out Carter-Williams for unprofessional behavior during Saturday’s game in Milwaukee, and said that a guy who was demoted from the starting lineup (Carter-Williams) shouldn’t be trash talking. Monroe contributed 10 points, a game-high 13 rebounds and seven assists.
The Bulls immediately fouled Reggie Jackson, who made both free throws.

“I guess he was a little sore warming up and he felt it when he came out after that second foul”. “He was yelling at Steve, and Steve kind of leans over to us and says, ‘We’re good now”. Warriors C Andrew Bogut strained his back in the first quarter and did not play after the sixth minute of the game. We have to make sure that whatever the situation is – win the game, shut somebody down, get stops – we’re going to step up and do our part.
