LeBron James has not gotten over the Cleveland Cavaliers’ loss to the Golden State Warriors and is having “nightmares” over missed opportunities.

“No matter how much you try and say you did everything you did, you gave everything that you had and you move on, I don’t feel like you ever move on”.

He said that situations during games would always play in his head and he doesn’t expect to get out of the funk for a while.

James said that the experience of losing in the Finals never really goes away since he was so close on doing something special only to be awaken by the harsh reality of losing.

The ESPY Awards were in Los Angeles Wednesday night and LeBron James was honored with the Best Championship Performance Award.

Then, Kyrie Irving had to sit down the whole National Basteball Association finals after getting injured in Game One.

“I got these three kids running around this house every day that dont allow me to not be happy, ” James said of sons LeBron Jr. and Bryce Maximus and daughter Zhuri. Because his team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, didn’t even WIN the championship!

“It still doesn’t guarantee you a championship if all guys are healthy, but obviously it would’ve gave us a better chance”.

This summer, LeBron signed a two-year $47 million contract with Cleveland and will likely commit to a longer contract with the Cavaliers during next year’s offseason.

James also commended their playoff run last season saying, “I can’t remember [any] team in National Basteball Association history, and I’m a historian of the game, that was able to get as far as we did missing two All-Stars”.
