HBO Now Available Today on Android and Amazon Fire Devices
Home Box Office is offering Android and Amazon Fire users a 30-day introductory free trial.

HBO teamed up with Apple to launch the service in April, so for the first three months, Apple was the only non-pay TV provider that could sell the app. Cablevision subscribers could also buy the service. Support for Chromecast, Fire TV, and Fire TV Stick is still coming.
Apple’s period of exclusive for HBO Now is over, and as promised it is on its way to Android starting today.
This morning HBO updated their HBO NOW app to work on a wider variety of devices, including most modern Android devices.
The $15 per month standalone streaming service is available now on Amazon Fire tablets, and will land on Android phones and tablets later today. See your shows, your movies, your way, on HBO NOW, including the recent seasons of Game of Thrones,Silicon Valley, Veep and Last Week Tonight With John Oliver as well as other current uncensored programming like Girls, The Leftovers, The Jinx and Going Clear. Once you download HBO Now, you’ll have access to 2,000 HBO titles, including past shows like Sex and the City and The Wire, and movies such as Divergent and Neighbors.
