Panthers’ Jagr gets 732nd goal, Barkov scores in shootout

The Panthers tied the score 2-2 on their power play when Jagr, camped out to the right of goal, received a pass and showed his still-quick hands, beating Miller to his glove side.

Daniel Sedin scored his team-leading 15th goal of the season for the Canucks.

The Canucks played their second straight game without captain Henrik Sedin, who is out with a lower-body injury. Jagr found himself all alone in front of Vancouver’s net, as Jonathan Huberdeau and Aleksander Barkov dug out the puck from the left half-wall. The Panthers played the first of a six-game homestand and does not go on the road until January 5 when they visit Buffalo.
