During the incident Gow is reported to have not become physical with anyone, but was drunk and at one stage smeared his bloodied face against the front window of the bar.
As a fighter, Pena is 7-2, but may be best known for being a victor of The Ultimate Fighter reality show.
The report said staff were closing the bar and told Pena she couldn’t come in. Officers were called to a fight outside a bar in downtown Spokane and arrested Pena, according to public information officer Cpl.
The pair wanted to the use the bar’s bathroom to clean up Gow, but employees told them they were closed.
Pena was booked into jail on two misdemeanor assault charges and released Monday afternoon.

The names of the witnesses are redacted, so it’s hard to tell exactly how many people police talked to or what positions they held at the bar. Pena said that employees at Zola’s didn’t let them in because Gow was bleeding, according to Kannberg. He wrote that he asked Pena if anything happened and she said no. The punishment for assault in Spokane is a find that doesn’t exceed $5,000, jail time no longer than 364 days or both a fine and jail. Pena’s coach, Rick Little, did not immediately respond to a request for comment, and the fighter could not be reached.
