But her “BB Talk” video, released December 11, marks the first time that she has portrayed herself as an actual adult baby – aside from when she performs this song on her Milky Milky Milk tour, at least.

If you think Miley Cyrus’ wilder ways have gone away as soon as she stripped off that strap-on penis, think again.
The diapers are one thing, and so is impersonating an infant while singing about dating guys who are over affectionate, but Cyrus certainly pushes the envelope when she begins sucking her toes at one point in the video.
If the overly filtered visuals also happen to ring a bell, it’s because Diane Martel, Miley’s co-director for “BB Talk”, previously worked on Robin Thicke’s controversial music video “Blurred Lines”.

The music video for BB Talk shows Miley posing and acting as a big baby while cursing and talking about different lovers, which is weird on a variety of levels. The outfit was completed with a bejeweled baby bottle and was followed by a stripping routine that, of course, involved a diaper.
