Johnson first accused Cosby of drugging her in his NY home in a piece previous year for Vanity Fair magazine.
In all of the cases, Cosby’s defense is similar; he didn’t do anything, although he’s already admitted to doing plenty, and these scores of women want to become famous by announcing to the world that something awful happened to them. The seven women had filed suit against Cosby last December accusing him of assault, libel and slander. His attorneys have made numerous denials of wrongdoing and Cosby has never been charged with a crime.
Johnson is the eighth person this month that Cosby has filed a lawsuit against.

Johnson has not spoken out about the recent lawsuit filed Monday in Los Angeles.
In a later interview with the Today show, Johnson explained why she finally went public with her story after so many years of silence.
That’s because statements that Cosby’s accusers have engaged in “innuendo” or are otherwise motivated by greed are mere opinions, according to Hill’s legal request to dismiss the lawsuit.

Hill appeared in the “Picture Pages” educational videos with Cosby in the 1980s when she was a teenager. Her suit, which she self-filed, claims Cosby’s former attorney defamed her by denying her allegations that the comedian raped her in a Detroit hotel room in 1974.
