Trump has been feuding with Kelly since the first Republican debate, when he attacked her for asking what he believed to be unfair questions. The debates will take place at the North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center in North Charleston, South Carolina two days after the State of the Union address.
Trump has continued to lob Twitter blasts at Kelly, who set off the fireworks with a line a questioning August 6 that angered the real estate billionaire; the broadcast itself, meanwhile, smashed an all-time record for viewership for Fox News, with 24 million. One – former Virginia Gov. Jim Gilmore – hasn’t polled high enough to qualify for the last few debates.

The inclusion of Kelly is sure to anger Trump fans.
“I said blood was essentially blood was pouring from her eyes, blood was pouring, and then just I wanted to get on with the rest of the sentence…there was nothing obvious”.

Kelly, for her part, said at the time she didn’t expect an apology from Trump, and she would not apologize “for doing good journalism”.
