Sanders apologizes to Clinton at Democratic Presidential debate in New Hampshire

The Democrats’ third debate was marked by controversy from the start over a recent data breach of Clinton’s campaign voter files by a Sanders staffer, who was subsequently fired. That deal is a point of disagreement for the Democratic candidates: Ms Clinton has praised it, while Mr Sanders decried it as insufficient.

“I’ve noticed that most successful presidents are those that get elected in a time where they are suited to govern and she’s the best qualified person for the time at the moment that I’ve ever seen”, he said.

Mook’s argued that this could mean that “more of his [Sanders’s] supporters are chipping in to fund his campaign”, even though the Clinton campaign has “more support”.

“Because she can beat Donald Trump”, Fiorina said.

On national security, the candidates all issued their prescriptions for fighting the Islamic State group, none of them offering policy solutions significantly different from that of the Obama administration.
