Bell, who starred on Nickelodeon’s “Drake & Josh” from 2004-07, was arrested and released the same day. Glendale Police spokeswoman Tahnee Lightfoot tells the LAT that Bell was pulled over for speeding and driving erratically. Bell’s vehicle also reportedly reeked of alcohol per the officer, said Lightfoot.

One killed in firing at court in Delhi, two held
