House disrupted over Ram temple, DDCA row
Mughal Emperor Zaheer-ud-Din Babar constructed the Babri Mosque in 1527 that was a masterpiece of the era but the Hindu extremist leader Lal Kishen Advani along with others started campaign to turn the mosque into Ram Mandir. Ayodhya: Ever since Bharatiya Janata Party came to power at the centre, it has been firming on its decision to get the Ram Mandir constructed soon and with this, on Sunday, two trucks of stones arrived in the city.
“We will not allow anyone to break law and order situation or create any kind of unrest in the State”, Yadav asserted while adding that the Ayodhya issue in pending with Supreme Court and that will take all measures to strictly comply with the court orders. Talking to TOI, SP leader senior Supreme Court lawyer Gaurav Bhatia said the move was an attempt of the BJP and VHP to vitiate the atmosphere and disturb the communal harmony in UP.
Earlier, state government reportedly sought a “confidential” report from Intelligence Department on the news that two stone-laden trucks arrived in Ayodhya.
As the house reassembled at 11.34 a.m., Congress members again trooped near the chairman’s podium to demand Finance Minister Arun Jaitley’s resignation over the DDCA issue.
The speaker had to adjourn the house indefinitely. “In such a scenario, nothing wrong should be allowed to take place”, she said.
Kharge said the remarks which  ” do not have any national interest, they have only vested interest” were about the Congress party and had caused hurt. A slight movement by Mulayam Singh to forge a new alliance with the Opposition parties subsequently fell by the wayside before the Bihar elections, when the Samajwadi pulled out and announced its decision to contest the state polls on its own. He also said that before the order gets confirmed nothing should be done. “The way the house was being disturbed, it should be reflected upon”. They later staged a walk out.
