Giudice was officially released from Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut, early on Wednesday morning, which means she will be home just in time for Christmas.

In March, Joe Giudice is expected to begin his 41-month sentence, which he said during the October special that he will serve at FCI Fort Dix in New Hanover Township in Burlington County. Leonard reportedly handed her three boxes of fan mail upon arriving.
Giudice will serve the remainder of her 15-month sentence in home confinement, E! reported. “They’re really thankful she’s finally coming home”.
Who knows, maybe Teresa’s man was busy running errands for his wife’s release – especially since the brunette beauty is on house arrest until February.
Following mandatory release paperwork and procedures, Giudice was released at 5:01 a.m., but was still at the prison as of 5:30 a.m., her lawyer James J. Leonard, Jr. tells PEOPLE. She has missed them all so much while she was in prison.
The reality star spent almost a year behind bars at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury after pleading guilty to fraud charges. She looked very happy and excited to be out, and she had quite the drive back to New Jersey to see her kids.
Teresa’s time away definitely took its toll on her family, who were only able to see her a handful of times throughout her sentence. If they did have school today, one can imagine they stayed home to welcome their mother back home.
Joe Giudice is not an American citizen and could be deported to Italy when he’s released.
Fallen: Teresa Giudice has had to put her fame to one side since her fraud conviction.

While she’s gearing up for an “exciting” holiday season, all we want for Christmas is for her to reprise her Sizzle Tan role in a new ad soon.
