Players not affected by Pep Guardiola links, says Pellegrini
It is no more news that the former Barcelona and current Bayern Munich coach is the most sought after item in football circles at the moment.

According to The Sun, Guardiola has agreed to terms of a three-year deal with Manchester City but has not signed on the dotted line yet.
Boardroom heavyweights Txiki Begiristain and Ferran Soriano, who worked with Guardiola at Barcelona, have been on the Spaniard’s case since arriving at the club in 2012.
Former City defender Danny Mills told talkSPORT: ‘The Pep situation is an interesting one. Yet now Guardiola is free and rumour continues to spread that he supposedly has United, arguably the world’s biggest club, at the top of his wish list, that could change as swiftly as United’s fortunes deteriorate.
Like Man Cty, PSG have the money to lure the best of football to France as they’ve already done with players like Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Angel Di Maria, Edinson Cavani, Thiago Silva and Lucas Moura. The Gunners boss said: “Personally I don’t like the fact that the managers come out so early for what they will do. So I am absolutely sure nobody in the squad has any problems or doubts about what we’re doing and after that we’ll see what happens in the future”.
Arsenal recorded a convincing 2-1 victory over Manchester City last night as they moved four points clear on Manuel Pellegrini’s side in the table.

Pellegrini backed his decision to start Aguero. “I personally have a huge respect for Louis van Gaal and I think what is going on there is disrespectful”. City’s laconic team are nearly the embodiment of Pellegrini’s softly-spoken, low key approach – sitting at total odds with Guardiola’s frantic, manic-obsessive tweaking. The coach does what he thinks is best for the team. After revealing he pays for a subscription for United’s television channel, Mourinho ensured there was no gloating after his Real Madrid team won at Old Trafford. “I want to feel the supporters, the environment, the media and the style of the players and everything”. You must be concentrated and focused on your work.
