Justin Bieber’s Christmas gesture is evidence he’s growing up
I’m hearing this UK Christmas race is close…but the @Choir_NHS single is for charity.

Sales of the choir’s “A Bridge Over You”, a mash-up of Simon & Garfunkel’s “A Bridge Over Troubled Water” and Coldplay’s “Fix You”, supports health-related charities such as Carers U.K. and Mind.
As things stand in today’s sales flash (December 22), Justin’s Love Yourself has narrowly extended its lead over The Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Choir’s A Bridge Over You, with the two now separated by less than 7,000 combined sales.
The Canadian singer has tweeted: “Let’s do the right thing and help them win”.
NHS Choir member and children’s doctor Katie Rogerson said it was freakish that they were battling it out with a multimillion selling act. Wherever You Are by Military Wives topped the Official Christmas Chart back in 2011.
Unfortunately, there is no update on Louisa Johnson’s winner’s single – a cover of “Forever Young” – as it looks to become the only X Factor single not to reach the number 1 spot.
The Christmas number one will be announced later this week (beg21Dec15).
HEALTH workers hoping to bag the Christmas number one slot were handed a major boost yesterday when main rival Justin Bieber urged people to buy their record instead of his.
“We are going head to head with Bieber for the Christmas Number One – I never thought I’d say that”, said Joe Blunden, NHS communications manager.
Bieber is set to dominate the top three regardless of whether he gets the prime position.
Justin Bieber and Adele reportedly have been dominating the Official Singles Charts in the later part of 2015 and these may already be on the Christmas Number 1 chart.

The tune is available to download from iTunes, Amazon and other online retailers and is also available to stream on Spotify and Deezer. It is formed of doctors, nurses and even IT workers all from the Greenwich and Lewisham NHS Trust.
