Our weather will remain unseasonably warm but also dry over the upcoming weekend as we await the development of the next storm system moving out of the Rockies. Most of that will fall Sunday and Monday. Showers and storms will come to an end and lows drop into the middle 40s. The focus for storms may be more in the morning hours versus the afternoon but it depends on how fast the aforementioned warm front can move through. That will bring another chance of rain and storms early next week.

Skies are mostly cloudy, and that continues through the day with south winds around 5-10 miles per hour. Christmas Day will be partly cloudy to partly sunny taking away our hopes of a White Christmas. Looking past the first of the year, we still see no Arctic Air invasion into the Southeast.
