Giudice’s lawyer said she was released at about 5 a.m. from the Danbury Federal Correctional Institution in CT.

Joe will begin his 41-month sentence in March 2016 at the Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution in New Jersey.
“She is free”, James said.
She’s not off the hook completely, however, on her 15-month sentence.
In another photo Teresa could also be seen holding on tightly to her husband Joe Giudice, who, like his wife, seemed unable to contain his emotions as he was seen smiling from ear to ear. The judge agreed to stagger their prison sentences so one parent could look after their children.
With Christmas just a few days away, we can’t think of any gift for Teresa’s family that could compare to her return.
“Merry Christmas. Happy New Year…all of you should go be with your families and your loved ones, ‘” he quoted her as saying.
One of New Jersey’s “Real Housewives” has been freed after serving almost a year in prison for bankruptcy fraud.
PEOPLE also learned that she took some extra time primping (about a half hour’s worth!) in the prison’s public bathroom before leaving this morning.
Not to mention, Joe’s driving record has 39 suspensions on it. Good lord!
Joe Giudice is not a USA citizen. That included talking to her family as much as possible, getting to see her four daughters on visits and penning her soon-to-be-released book, Turning the Tables.

Giudice returned home to Montville, N.J., where she’ll be under house arrest until February 5, the Associated Press reported.
