Aaron Hernandez’s double-murder trial postponed
But the former player is about to undergo a second trial for murder, this one for the double murder of Daniel Correia and Safiro Furtado, two immigrants gunned down near a Boston nightclub. They say Hernandez followed the men out of the club and opened fire on the auto they were in.

On Tuesday, a judge moved the trial date because he is waiting on a decision from the Massachusetts Supreme Court over a cell phone.
Attorneys for Aaron Hernandez have requested to interview a juror from the Odin Lloyd murder trial. Prosecutors dispute that the dispute has landed in front of the State Supreme Court, which will hear the discussion surrounding the evidence seizure January 5. A five-pointed star is a common symbol used by the Bloods gang.
Tattoos are among the most common way that gang members identify themselves.
But the word “LOYALTY” was not seen before as the neck tattoo was always partially covered by a suit.
It also features a skull and a spider web.

In May, Hernandez was reportedly involved in a gang fight.
