Guus Hiddink urges Eden Hazard to rediscover his ego
Is Drogba’s potential impact as a coach/assistant at Chelsea worth risking his relationship with his adoring fans in Montreal, worth risking the plans set forth by the Impact for the coming season?

Struggling Premier League champions Chelsea have held talks with Montreal Impact over former Blues striker Didier Drogba, the Major League Soccer team has said.
‘We understand his attachment to his former club and his desire to help them. Relatively humble victories over Aston Villa, Norwich City and Sunderland were overshadowed by a thumping 3-0 win over Liverpool last weekend, with the Hornets now looking like one the league’s most unsafe sides.
A new era has begun at Stamford Bridge, where Chelsea will be looking to impress new manager Guus Hiddink against Watford on Boxing Day.
Hiddink called Drogba a Chelsea legend, but as for luring him back, the Dutchman said “people have to deal with contracts and situations”.
The 69-year-old wants Chelsea to locate the self-assurance that underscored last season’s league title charge, to guide the Blues away from relegation conflict.
Hiddink, when questioned by RFI, refused to reveal if Drogba would soon be back in London.
“But our objective is to have him back for another season, as agreed in his contract”. We are willing to accommodate him. It was speculated that would be the case when he was spotted at a Chelsea game with Roman Abramovich.
The Impact, whose 2016 season would be seriously compromised if they lost their star player and attraction, responded with a tweet last Friday that read: “The rumour about Didier Drogba is unfounded”.

“We would like to thank our supporters for their understanding and their patience”.
