Third Democratic Debate Draws Fewer Viewers, But Big Issues
Republican Donald Trump is “a big Christmas gift wrapped up under the tree” for Hillary Clinton because he couldn’t beat the 2016 Democratic presidential front-runner in a general election, Carly Fiorina said Sunday.

For her part, Clinton has targeted older voters by speaking directly to their issues, something Sanders will look to mimic in the coming weeks.
“With respect to my own husband, I am probably still going to pick the flowers and the china for state dinners and stuff like that”, said Ms Clinton, the frontrunner for her party’s nomination.
Republican candidates latched on to what sounds like a complacent comment from the former Secretary of State, who touts foreign-policy experience as a major element of her resume.
“She was favored to win and she got schlonged, she lost”, he said on Monday night, using a slang word for male genitalia.
“How the government chooses to treat and incarcerate is very different based on different drugs.”
“Not only do I apologize, I want to apologize to my supporters”.
Appearing on ABC’s This Week with George Stephanopoulos, Palmieri appeared uncomfortable backing Clinton’s claim at Saturday’s debate that fact-checkers from the New York Post and PolitiFact have debunked.
Viewers reached a total of 6.71 million for the evening, with about the same rating in Nielsen’s “metered markets” as the second debate last month, also held on a Saturday. Sanders filed a legal action in federal court on the ground that the party breached an agreement by preventing the campaign from using a voter data file.
All three candidates stressed working more closely with Muslim-American communities to tackle radicalism at home – a sharp difference from the rhetoric of some Republican candidates. She said that “we are where we need to be” on fighting ISIS and that Obamacare premium hikes are “glitches”, both of which the RNC attacked after the debate.
“Yeah, regime change is easy, getting rid of dictators is easy”, Sanders said. We need to have everybody in our country focused on watching what happens and reporting it if it’s suspicious, reporting what you hear.
Clinton stated that the Republican presidential contender is “becoming ISIS’s best recruiter, ” with the group attracting people by showing videos of him.
She pledged that as president, she wouldn’t raise taxes on families making $250,000 or less per year. Sanders needs to win at least two of the first four contests, and he needs to demonstrate that he can win with the women, African-American, and Hispanic backbone of the Obama coalition.
