He called it a “very big priority” for both parties.
Separately, Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Oil India Limited said they had signed a memorandum with Rosneft, which paves the way for acquisition of a stake in Taas-Yuriakh oil assets in East Siberia. The two sides continued their deliberations over lunch at the Kremlin.
“President Putin and I are moving creatively in expanding our economic relations”. He said Russian Federation helped India when it faced war, and the Indian jawans were victorious.
“If one nation stood by India via good occasions and unsafe then it’s Russian Federation”, he stated. “And, there is genuine goodwill and mutual respect between our people”.
