The day of fun was geared toward young fans and over 4,000 fans turned up at the iconic venue to be part of the festivities. That’s the way we have to look at it.

“This is terrible”, the 26-year-old Austrian, who finished second, told the Associated Press after the race.

India, Russia pledge to boost bilateral relations
Russian Federation and India were close allies during the Cold War, but recently the relationship has become more complex. Still, the meeting was the latest in a series of signs of a possible thaw in relations.

We very much regret that this happened and especially that it was in close proximity to an athlete in this case, Marcel Hirscher. “This can be a serious injury”, he said.

Supreme Court raps Uttar Pradesh govt for not appointing Lokayukta
Sibal gave five names to the court. “How can the Supreme Court arrogate to itself the power of a statutory body?” Following this approval, the UP Lokayukta (Amendment Ordinance) 2012 was promulgated on 27 March, 2012.

Seeking to follow up his slalom win over Hirscher in Val d’Isere, France, nine days ago, Kristoffersen led the Austrian by 1.03 seconds.

The International Ski Federation announced Wednesday that Camera Drones will now be banned at all World Cup races. “This is absolutely outrageous, something like this must simply not happen”, Hirscher said.

The FIS has banned the use of drones for TV broadcast purposes at its events until it can ensure safe operation.

He did, however, see a funnier side to the incident later that day, posting that there was “heavy air traffic in Italy” on his Instagram account.

Drones have been used often at global ski races in the past. “We agreed with (broadcasters) that drones could not fly over the racecourse but only in a corridor next to the slope, but it flew more and more into the slope”.

The company responsible for the camera drone, sports-marketing agency Infront, said in a statement that “the circumstances leading to [the crash] are now being examined”.

This isn’t the first time this year a drone has interrupted a sporting event.
