Those looking forward to playing characters and settings from The Force Awakens and Star Wars: Episode VIII will have to wait until the next Battlefront game.

In 1955, a Sears & Roebuck advertisement in Colorado Springs, CO, urged children to call Santa, but the number was misprinted. To that end, Norad jets routinely check out Russian jets and bombers who like to test North American air space.

Given the record breaking success and acclaim for The Force Awakens, Disney may well wish Abrams was still writing and directing the rest of the trilogy, if only because he is a proven commodity and then some. The previous record belongs to Universal’s “Jurassic World”, which made $106.6 million in its second weekend of release in June.

I was thrilled to be there, as I went to the first Star Wars in 1977 with my father when I was 4 years old, and this installment brought the magic back immediately.

“Star Wars: The Force Awakens” is now playing in theatres, and Episode VIII is slated for May 26, 2017.

“I actually didn’t want confirmation nor definitive proof this early”, he tweeted.
