VHS is doing a Christmas quiz which you can get involved with on Channel 356.
Earlier this week bookmaker Coral suspended betting on who would take the top spot after, in a surprise move, Justin their only rival, revealed he is behind their charity song.
Their single mashes up Simon and Garfunkel’s Bridge Over Troubled Water and Coldplay’s Fix You and is sung by a host of NHS workers, from doctors and nurses to porters and administrators. Elvis Presley’s If I Can Dream came in at No 2 and Bieber’s goal came in at No 3.
Proceeds from the single, made to celebrate National Health Service workers, will help several United Kingdom charities.
It has today been confirmed that the NHS Choir has knocked Justin Bieber off the top spot and secured the 2015 Christmas Number 1!
‘We are absolutely overwhelmed and couldn’t be any happier!’ the choir told Official Charts Company in a statement.
Nerva said: “We think the NHS needs the Xmas number one more than Justin Bieber”.
“I’m hearing this U.K. Christmas race is close…but the [NHS Choir] single is for charity”, Bieber had tweeted on Wednesday. Indeed, the choir owe the Canadian a debt of gratitude for imploring the public to help them knock him off the number one slot… “There couldn’t be a more deserving group of winners”.
According to the Official Charts Company, sales in the final week before Christmas reached almost 450,000 copies. Adele’s album 25 became the bestselling album of Christmas 2015 and she also had a single in the fourth spot in the singles chart.
The Christmas Day chart is a big deal in Britain.

Bieber, whose latest album goal is enjoying huge success, still holds a strong chart presence with three of his songs in second, third and fifth positions in the official chart.
