Actress Margot Robbie Talks About Her Boyfriend… and Rat!
According to Simon Van Zuylen-Wood, who interviewed Robbie for Elle, she and her longtime BFF/personal assistant Sophia happily rapped along to “a rather filthy Lil Wayne song” without missing a single word. “People think I’m a decade older”. She’ll then star in the comedy “Fun House” alongside Tina Fey. “Like a lot of actors who got their start on soap operas-Julianne Moore, Alec [Baldwin]-Margot makes great, strong choices but then is still very quick and flexible”, she tells the mag.

The Australian actress, who next stars in Z For Zachariah with Chiwetel Ejiofor and Chris Pine, and the Tarzan reboot alongside Alexander Skarsgard, was given a rat by her Suicide Squad co-star Jared Leto aka The Joker. Among those was, reportedly, a pet rat that went out to Margot Robbie.
Robbie will play Harley Quinn in next year’s “Suicide Squad“, while Leto will take on the iconic role of the Joker.
Robbie has already given it a name – Rat Rat – and she has been feeding it organic berries and taking good care of it. From what we’ve heard, it sounds like she might be getting a bit more attached to the creature than we would have expected, not that there’s anything wrong with that. With the first full trailer for 2016’s Batman v Superman dropping only days ago, we now have our first official look at the Suicide Squad, much to Marvel’s displeasure.
“He sent [Margot Robbie] a nice love letter with a black box with a rat in it – a live rat”.
Margot Robbie has quite an impressive résumé-it’s so impressive, actually, that it’s nearly hard to believe she’s only in her mid-twenties. The leading lady reveals she has a boyfriend, Tom Ackerly.
“He was a third AD, he’s no working as a second AD and that’s, yeah.”

To read the entire cover story, pick up a copy of the August issue of Elle – available digitally and in select cities now, and on newsstands nationwide on July 21. But, like I have said a few times before, I will be seeing the “Suicide Squad” when it hits theaters on.
