Oops! Steve Harvey just wished everyone a “merry Easter” on Christmas
“You’re Miss Universe! And you’re Miss Universe!”. It’s his way of poking fun at himself. The host mistakenly proclaimed Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez as the new Miss Universe victor while the title was supposed to go to Miss Philippines.

He read the card correctly, only the card had Miss Columbia on it, when it should have been Miss Philippines.
Todorova, at 11:57 p.m. of Thursday, Manila time, posted a photo of herself on social networking site Facebook with the greeting “Maligayang Pasko po, Pilipinas!” together with heart emojis.
Steve Harvey has had better weeks, but the talk show host hasn’t lost his self-deprecating wit.
Donald Trump, GOP presidential candidate and the former owner of the pageant, said “Steve Harvey is a great guy”, and added “things happen, it’s live television”.
As of Friday night, more than 190,000 Twitter users had retweeted the image.
Harvey issued this formal apology via Twitterimmediately following the pageant.
She was applauded for almost two minutes before Mr Harvey made his way back on stage and corrected the mistake.

The online magazine Salon dismissed the doubters as “Miss Universe truthers” – an American term for conspiracy theory devotees – that “show how paranoid we’ve become”.
