Lawyer: ‘Real Housewives’ star set to be freed from prison
The ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ star will be released from the big house on December 23rd after serving a little under a year for fraud… and we’re told she doesn’t want a big coming home party. It’s possible that Joe will not serve the full 41 months as Teresa didn’t serve her entire sentence, but we imagine that he will still be behind bars for a much larger period of time.

Giudice will reportedly earn million for starring in “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” seventh season. Then he’s off to his own 41-month prison term. The pair were allowed to begin their sentences separately in order for their children to be taken care of by one parent, and together they were also ordered to pay $414,000 in restitution. She will then join her husband Joe and four daughters, and will likely spend Christmas Eve with her extended family.
Teresa Giudice (JOO’-dys) will be released Wednesday from the Danbury Federal Correctional Institution in CT, her lawyer said. The insider told Radar that Teresa “has really worked on herself and has had time to reflect about life” and that she’s “not going back with any ill will toward anybody”. “Teresa will be permitted to leave the house for work purposes, doctors appointments, to meet with her lawyer, and to go to church”.

Additionally, the source said, “Everyone’s just very proud of how she’s handled things and gotten through it and stayed strong”. And she is excited to catch up with her sister-in-law, even though they have had quite the drama in the past. And you thought sleeping on the couch was bad!
