Discord between Mourinho and players – Chelsea
Jose Mourinho and Chelsea have parted ways through mutual consent, after losing to Leicester City on Monday – their ninth defeat of the season. He was previously shown the door by Chelsea in 2007 after a successful three-year stint at the club in which he won two Premier League titles, two League Cups and the FA Cup.

Still, they also said that Mourinho was leaving the team on good terms and would always be someone that they loved and respected.
John Terry was with the rest of the Chelsea squad at the club’s Cobham training ground when they were informed of the board’s decision to sack Jose Mourinho.
“I want to wish him all the best for the future”.
Few could have foreseen Chelsea’s decline this season, especially as Mourinho was rewarded with a new four-year contract in August.
Bournemouth’s 1-0 win at Chelsea on December 5 proved the penultimate clash of Mourinho’s second Stamford Bridge spell, but Howe insisted managers can not dwell on victories that do damage to rivals.
The same bond was in evidence last season, when the Blues romped to the title and League Cup, with Terry an integral part of the success.
Mourinho himself has a £10 million payout to soften the blow and as one of the most decorated managers in football history, will surely not have to wait on the sidelines for too long before being pelted with job offers.
Initial reports suggested that Mourinho would be paid some 55 million euros in compensation, but it is now believed the Roman Abramovic-owned club is expected to pay the 52-year old what was left of his 16.5 million euro annual salary.

“Given his record of achievement at Stamford Bridge, surely he’s entitled to one bad season”. But apparently player and manager have kept in contact since, as Kezman claims to know exactly who’s going to fill the suddenly vacant Chelsea managerial post. It hoisted the English Premier League trophy and Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho was doused with celebratory champagne in the locker room. However, for some Chelsea players this clearly wasn’t the case, as they took to social media to back their outgoing boss.
