Another scene which didn’t make it to the movie is the one featuring Lupita Nyong’o’s Maz Kananta. Oscar Isaac is also excellent as Poe Dameron, and I just wish we had seen even more of him here. Speaking of which, it’s to Abrams’ credit that he’s made the Stormtroopers scary again.

Star Wars fans can embark on that much-awaited journey to a galaxy far, far away with this must-have collectible. Oscar Isaac is also excellent as Poe Dameron, and I just wish we had seen even more of him here.
JJ Abrams latest film has turned me into a fan of the franchise!
“Star Wars: The Force Awakens” is only the third movie in history to open at over $200 million, besides its immediate rival “Jurassic World” and “The Avengers”. J.J. Abrams has done what we all hoped and made a truly great Star Wars movie, and it’s clear that a lot of love has gone into making this because he too is a fan.

Nevertheless, it’s another significant endorsement for the movie, after The Force Awakens’ new star Daisy Ridley (who plays the hero Rey) previously told Variety that the script was outstanding.
