According to sources at PM House, during his visit to the provincial capital, the Premier will attend a conference of Karachi’s businessmen and traders.
He will also address members of Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
Meanwhile, Zardari has summoned senior PPP leader and former law minister Farooq H Naik to Dubai for consultation regarding moving to court against the restoration of Rangers’ special powers by the federal government.
Chaudhry Nisar said that the attempts to make the Karachi operation and Rangers controversial were unsafe (moves) and that the delay in extending Rangers’ powers would embolden terrorists and extremists.
