The best day of the week looks to be Wednesday, as the weather service expects it to be sunny with a high of 45. Twenty-five states could see record highs. Spring-like warmth on the East Coast will be accompanied by some clouds and showers in certain areas.
The Midwest and parts of the South will feel slightly warmer, with Chicago reaching about 44 degrees (10 degrees warmer than usual), and St. Louis at about 56 degrees (16 degrees warmer), according to The Weather Channel. Some areas above 6,500 feet could receive more.
