Freezing rain, snow expected in Kansas
According to the National Weather Service, those areas can expect varying amounts of snow, sleet, and freezing rain.

Periods of snow, sleet, and freezing rain will increase beginning Sunday afternoon, and especially Sunday night.
Framingham is under a Winter Weather Advisory from 8 p.m. Monday night until 7 p.m. Tuesday night and we will see some accumulating snow with this weather system. Little or no snow accumulation expected. “Waking up for work on Tuesday could have 2-3” of heavy wet snow on the ground.
During the night, more snow is predicted and possibly some freezing drizzle, she said.
The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for the Hudson Valley.
Tuesday, rain is likely with a high near 44 and a low around 34. As you can see below, the rain line continues to move northward.
