5 things for Eagles to fret about vs. Buffalo Bills
Buffalo running back and Harrisburg native LeSean McCoy had 74 yards rushing and 35 receiving in his return to Philadelphia. It’s no easy task for McCoy to forget his days in Philadelphia, especially after leading the franchise for years, becoming its all-time leader in rushes. The sports journalist and television host did not have a problem with McCoy hugging Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie before the game, but found McCoy’s decision to kiss the Eagles logo at midfield a bit odd since he plays for another franchise now. And then McCoy declined to talk to reporters after the game, simply saying “I got nothing to say to y’all”.

The Eagles improved to 6-7 with their second straight win and with three games left, including two at home, they are tied for first place in the sorry NFC East. With season ending wins over the Redskins and Giants, the Eagles will win the division and make the playoffs.
The Bills (6-7) fell two games behind in the AFC wild-card race.
Taylor, who hadn’t thrown an interception since Week 2, was picked off by Ed Reynolds to end the game.
Agholor’s 53-yard score was set up by yet another positive play for the Eagles’ special teams. Sure he is still hot at Chip Kelly for being traded, but running for shade after the game was bush league. It was an emotional game for the current Buffalo Bill as he heard a mixed reaction from fans. The Bills defense will exploit the holes in the Eagle’s line.
Later in the third, the Bills marched down the field and capped off the drive with just signed two weeks ago Mike Gillislee’s 19-yard touchdown run. Buffalo started that drive at the Eagles 46 after an unsportsmanlike penalty on Philadelphia’s Riley Cooper on a punt. The Bills were actually called for 15 penalties, a very high total, but they should have probably been called for double that amount.
“I thought we were the better team today, but obviously we got beat”, he said, according to Vic Carucci of The Buffalo News.
“To start the year the way we did and kind of dig ourselves in a hole, it was unlikely that we would be in this position this late in the year”, Bradford said. By the time it ended, the Eagles had a 7-0 lead on Sproles’ 1-yard run, which was preceded by his 15-yard run and Ertz’s 21-yard reception. Jaylen Watkins distracted Bills return man Marcus Thigpen enough for Bryan Braman to recover the muff.
Notes: Bills were missing rookie RB Karlos Williams and three starters: CB Stephon Gilmore, LB Nigel Bradham, OL Seantrel Henderson. Injury note: Tight end Charles Clay (back) out for game.

After that, he didn’t have another run longer than four yards until a seven-yard run on the first play of the Bills’ final possession.
