32 killed, 90 hurt in bomb blasts in Syria

No one has yet taken responsibility for the terrorist attacks. They are being taken to Turkey from where they will leave for Lebanon and then return to government-held areas in Syria. The United Nations presided over implementation of the deal. The accord was supposed to give the government a clear path to retake the last rebel-controlled area of the city.
