Documentary Links Peyton Manning, Other NFL and MLB Stars to Doping
Speaking to Boston radio station WEEI (h/t ESPN), Brady addressed the scandal facing Peyton Manning, in which the Denver Broncos quarterback was the subject of an Al Jazeera documentary claiming the latter had shipments of HGH sent to his wife. Charlie Sly, who once worked for the Guyer Institute, an anti-aging clinic in Indianapolis, told the network of Manning’s involvement, and suggested that the quarterback used the HGH that was shipped to his wife.

A report from Al-Jazeera links him to a doping ring which he calls “garbage” and said it is “totally made up”. I don’t think he will, here’s why, even if it’s false, he’ll have to show as a legal matter that there was quote, reckless disregard for the truth by Al jazeera.
The attorney for Phillies slugger Ryan Howard said his client will fight claims made in the Al Jazeera report that his client received performance-enhancing drugs. “He’s a guy I can always count on and he’s been someone who has always been so supportive of me”. It’s a joke. Reporter: The institute slamming sly, saying he was nothing more than a three-month unpaid intern in 2013, when manning wasn’t being treated.
“We are thoroughly familiar with Peyton’s tireless work habits, his medical history, and, most importantly, his integrity”, the Colts said. He’d also have to prove reports of taking HGH to be false, as well as reports that it was mailed to his home in the first place; a lawyer may also have to prove that Al Jazeera knew those statements to be untrue.
“I don’t believe it because Peyton is like a really good guy, but I wouldn’t be surprised either”, said Misha King. I really can’t believe somebody would put something like this on the air.
Sly later changed his tune and said Collins secretly recorded his conversations without his knowledge or consent. Manning, who joined the Broncos in 2012, has been sidelined since November 15 by a left foot injury. “In fact, I can say with absolute certainty they are not”.
Brady, of course, has gone through his own off-field rigors with the Deflategate controversy, but said he wouldn’t reach out to give Peyton advice, noting he’s “a big boy” and mentally tough. He added that he went to the clinic in cooperation with Colts medical staff, which had recommended he receive treatment there for his neck condition.

Manning issued a statement denying the allegations and claiming that “whoever said this is making stuff up”.
