Cuba: Obama welcome to visit but not to meddle
US President Barack Obama himself called on Thursday for Congress to lift the embargo, calling it the “legacy of a failed policy”. USA regulations still prohibit travel to Cuba for tourism.

In fawning tones, the introduction gushes over Putin’s alleged power to predict, saying “these are the same words which predicted and predetermined changes to the global political system”.

Russell Wilson joined that elite group after tossing five touchdowns, bringing his total to 16 touchdowns in the past four weeks. Wilson has thrown at least three passes and completed at least 70 percent of his passes in four consecutive games.

Among the quotes are some of Putin’s more earthy comments, such as the promise that the Latvian government could expect to receive “the ears of a dead donkey” from Moscow (meaning “nothing”) as the result of a dispute between the two countries.

A new 2016 calendar which features images of Russian President Vladimir Putin has been released in Russia.

The 400-page book, published by pro-Kremlin youth group Network, includes excerpts from 19 of Putin’s most notable speeches – in particular, those during which he “predicted” future events – starting from 2003 and ending with Putin’s speech to the U.N. General Assembly in September, per RBK. “For me Russian Federation is my whole life”, reads one, while others disparage Western-style democracy and same sex marriage. The “Leaders Number One” fragrance is packaged in a chic black bottle adorned with the president’s profile.

The book is further evidence of the personality cult that has grown up around the Russian leader, who remains popular despite widespread economic problems in his homeland. There is even a Putin inspired perfume.
