Mourinho offered Madrid return
Mourinho is the favourite to become the next permanent manager at Old Trafford having being sacked by Chelsea earlier this month. “The Special One” has lost his touch. And so seeing Mourinho scarves around Old Trafford will have divided opinion, too.

Speaking on the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast, he said: “I don’t get the impression coming from the inner sanctum at Old Trafford that they are looking to get rid of Louis van Gaal unless they really, really have to do because of pressure from the fans”.
After all the speculation with Manchester United, Jose Mourinho has been offered a Real Madrid job.
“I don’t think United are in a hurry to do anything at all”.
Real Sociedad midfielder Granero, who played under Mourinho for Real, believes it is only natural for a manager of his former boss’ calibre to be linked to the club.
The reputation of former Barcelona and Bayern Munich chief Van Gaal has suffered just as Mourinho’s has in the wake of his Chelsea sacking.

It’s no wonder that Real Madrid are so desperate to land him so they can boast of fielding Spain’s soon-to-be No 1 goalkeeper, but Manchester United will not be eager to let go of one of their best players of the past couple of seasons. And that it will be good for both. Yes, Real will dig deeper to get their man, offering £40m at the end of the current season. “Mourinho also knows that tiki-taka football alone won’t guarantee success here and were United to make the ruthless decision to get the deal done then it would once again make them the most attractive proposition in Manchester”.
